Steve Holmes

Steve is co-founder, project manager and sometimes software craftsman at Thought-Sauce.

He has worked in the industry for 18 years, working on a distinguished number of successful software projects from a nuclear power station control system to financial systems. Steve is a passionate advocate of Agile development and has helped run the Agile HK community group.

Matthew Rudy Jacobs

Matthew is an expert in Ruby on Rails development. He has spoken at conferences, and user groups around the world. He is a core contributor to the Ruby on Rails project, and the author of many open-source projects. He has worked extensively in the SMS business, and more recently has done consulting on Android development.

He is a keen traveller and photographer with a particular interest in Asia.

Eddie Lau

Eddie is a dedicated security wiz. Prior to joining Thought-Sauce Eddie has been hired by a well known large HK institute to try and crack their security system - of course this was achieved and by circumventing the security money was transferred to another account. Unfortunately he didn't get to keep any of it, but we're real glad that Eddie is now making sure our systems are bullet-proof.

Armen Khachikyan

Participated in development of various complex projects such as EDA(Electronic Design Automation) system and ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning) system.

Additionally, he is very passionate towards Artificial Intelligence and Data Mining and has done some research in the field of Artificial Neural Networks.
